ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MID NORTH COAST DISTRICT GOLF ASSOCIATION

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Mid North Coast District Golf Association is to be held:

At:                     COFFS HARBOUR GOLF CLUB

On:                   SUNDAY 1^ST DECEMBER 2019

Commencing at:    9:30am

Items to be included in the Agenda are to reach the Secretary MNCDGA by no later than Thursday 28^th November 2019.  Clubs wishing to include items for the Agenda may either:

All MNCDGA Delegates or elected representatives of MNCDGA Golf Clubs

are requested to attend.  Also open to all MNCDGA members.

Agenda Items will include:

1. Presentation of the 2018 AGM Minutes.
2. Business Arising from those Minutes.
3. President, Captain and Treasurers Reports.
4. General Business to include 2020 Fixtures List, 2020 MNCDGA Championships and Pennant formats, Affiliation Fees and Honorariums.
5. Election of Office Bearers (President, 2 x Vice Presidents, Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary/Treasurer and 3 x Match Committee)

Note:   Nominations for the positions of Office Bearers must be applied for using the attached application form and must reach the Secretary by Thursday 28^th November 2019.
